Our Mission

We produce premium, ranch-raised beef through humane animal care and sustainable land stewardship. By raising every animal ourselves and committing to all-natural practices — no hormones, antibiotics, additives, or insecticides — we deliver exceptional flavor, transparency, and trust from our ranch to your table.

WELCOME!

Ranch-raised Beefmaster beef from the 5th and 6th generations of the Lasater family, who founded the breed. Our cattle are raised on native pastures in the San Angelo Texas area and finished on a high-roughage grain ration. Our Beef is all-natural, meaning no hormones, antibiotics, additives or insecticides. Wholesome, delicious and economical!

RANCH TO TABLE

Launching our ranch-to-table beef program was a natural extension of what we already do. Instead of producing genetics only for other ranches, we now offer consumers the opportunity to enjoy the results firsthand.

Our beef animals are finished for approximately 100 days on a carefully designed, low-energy, high-roughage ration. This balanced approach allows us to develop exceptional taste, texture, and color without over-producing excess fat. The goal is quality and consistency — not shortcuts.

GENETICS MATTER

All of our cattle are raised externally on native West Texas pastures, where they are developed in an environment that demands efficiency, soundness, and adaptability. As a six-generation ranching family, we have long been in the seedstock business — producing and marketing breeding bulls, females, semen, and embryos to ranches seeking to improve the genetics of their herds.

Genetics matter. For decades, we have invested in building cattle that are functional, efficient, and maternally strong — but equally important, cattle that produce beef that is tender, flavorful, and nutritious. The same disciplined selection that supports commercial ranchers also enhances the eating experience for families around the table.
