GRASS-FED, Grain-Finished  BEEF

Our beef animals are grass-developed and then finished around 100 days on a high-roughage grain rations for the perfect taste, and texture. We age each harvested animal 100 days to lock in the premium flavor and tenderness. Our cuts are individually wrapped in Cryovac in typical serving portions. Our finished animals are never given any hormones, antibiotics or additives in the final stage, ensuring the beef you enjoy with your family is wholesome and healthy.
